3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices for Skirts, Tops, and Pants are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaMead, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product. 5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Skirts, Tops, or Pants, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
